How much free cloud storage do I get?+
A personal Aiinak Drive account includes 50 GB of cloud storage for your own files. This is a personal-account allowance, separate from business workspace shared storage and meeting storage.
Is 50 GB enough for my files?+
That depends on file sizes. At an illustrative average of 10 MB per file, 50 GB is roughly 5,000 files before overhead and quota-unit differences. Large video projects can consume that space much faster. Check actual file sizes and keep an independent backup of important work.
Can my business use Drive with AI employees?+
Drive is part of the Aiinak product family. Start a business workspace for company files, then confirm the storage allocation, employee access, and app inclusions for your selected plan. A personal storage subscription does not buy an AI employee.
Is personal storage the same as business workspace storage?+
No. The 50 GB personal allowance belongs to a personal account. Business workspaces have their own shared storage allocation; Workspace Starter includes 10 GB shared Drive storage. Review your workspace plan before inviting a team or buying a personal storage upgrade.
How is my data protected?+
Files are encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest on our storage layer. Sharing is per-file and revocable, and you can see exactly who has access to what at any time.
Can I switch from Google Drive or Dropbox?+
Yes — drag your existing folders straight in, and folder structure is preserved on upload. Large migrations resume automatically if your connection drops.
Where does the AI run?+
Smart search and organization run on our infrastructure with strict data isolation. Your files never train shared models, and you can disable AI features anytime.
Can AI agents like Claude use my Drive?+
Yes. Create a scoped API key in settings, add our MCP server to Claude Desktop, Claude Code, or Cursor, and your agent can search, read, and save files — with every action listed in your activity log. Keys are revocable instantly, and you choose exactly what each one is allowed to do.
How much agent API usage is included?+
Every plan includes a monthly pool of agent credits — 2,000 on Personal, 50,000 on Business. Most calls cost 1 credit: listing folders, reading metadata, uploading, sharing. AI search costs 10 because it runs a language model over your query, and reading a file's extracted text costs 3. A typical agent task — one search plus a handful of reads — lands around 20 credits, so Personal covers roughly 100 tasks a month. Checking your balance is always free, and your live usage is shown in settings.
